When you select a villa to rent and indicate the number of nights you want, the price displayed is based on standard pricing. Please note that this amount is 100% of the total booking price.
However, once you submit your reservation request, we will send you a detailed receipt based on the information you provided. This receipt will include the deposit amount you will need to pay to confirm your reservation.
It is important to emphasize that the deposit to be paid represents 40% of the total price of the reservation. The remaining amount will be due upon arrival.
